During the Summer of 1996, the newspapers were focused on a case before the courts. Terry Parker Jr had some plants seized and was arrested during a raid. He said the plants were his medicine and he had a right to have them. This was the first case for patients rights to consume natural therapy in Canada
Terry Parker’s case was heard in court in December 1997. “Judge Patrick Sheppard ruled that certain sections of the Controlled Drug and Substances Act are unconstitutional in cases where marijuana is used for medically-approved purposes.”
The case was appealed by the crown, eventually Terry prevailed in all appeals. This is the case that lead to the change in Canada’s cannabis laws. It was the birth of the Canadian Medical Cannabis Program, later named the MMAR.

Terry's medical issues were caused by the medical system. Healthy and issue free, Terry's seizures began after an inoculation in 1963 which started a seizure condition. He was subjected to a non-consensual classified brain surgical experimentation by Neurosurgeon Dr. Harold Joseph Hoffman. Terry's Mother and other parents of neurological disabled children, were informed of "scar tissue removal" as to address the seizure disorder. This operation was not conducive for treating seizure disorder, according to current research. Terry's X-ray's clearly show 43 metallic implants in the cerebral cortex, which are not documented in his medical records, anywhere.

Now, Terry says he has found further evidence of an extended cover-up of experimental surgeries taking place, with connections that weave their way south of the border, all the way to Washington DC and he is speaking up about his findings once again.
