The house belonged to Rolf who was born in Germany in 1928 he was a wealthy German Jewish horse breeder. He was the son to a war hero at the the start of the world war 2.

Rolf arrived in the United Kingdom in 1939 after the nazis ordered to destroyed his families home. Later on Rolf met Jaqueline and married her in 1951.

The house has been abandoned since 2021.
