SO FAR, THE CIRCULAR ANOMALY APPEARS STATIONARY
Some will say this is a radar station sweep.
However, I've never seen anything like this.
There were / are no clouds nor rain in the BootHeel area, just below Missouri.
Other smaller circular patterns are seen.
