I didn't want this video to be deleted and lost so I brought it to rumble

There are at least 2 kinds of Talking Cats. The first video was a go-to for when our tabbies needed to feel relaxed and comforted. The second on the other hand is really just a soft toy with a person making it seem to talk. Hoax? LOL!
