On Day 237 of my sobriety, I reflect on kindness and how my understanding of it may have been a little off. I share two personal experiences that shaped how I see kindness today and how the outcomes of those situations played out. Additionally, I dive into the importance of taking full responsibility for my own life—especially when it comes to my hurdles in business. These past few months of sobriety have been an incredible learning experience, but I can confidently say it's the best sobriety I’ve ever had.

I'm truly enjoying being present in the moment, thankful for my past, and excited for what the future holds—not just for me, but for this channel’s growth as well.

As for the music, ONE OK ROCK delivers yet again! Their performance of "I Was King" was nothing short of amazing, and they always know how to put on a show. I'm not disappointed in the slightest, and this track only motivates me to keep going and see what life and I can create together.
