Why God will judge America

When a Nation sins and refuse to repent, God has always called for a reset, Noah's flood, Sodom and Gomorrah, it is now that time get ready for a great shaking, make you peace with God and God will uphold you in this time. Was that hurricane that destroyed so much in Fla, GA, North and South Carolina was that judgement? Many people lost their lives and many still unaccounted for. Those that died were they ready?
