Depression Tip #22: Change!💙
Life changes and you won't always be in the position you're in right now. If life feels unbearable, just try to hold on to that.💙
I just want to tell you a quick story about a post I saw on social media today. A guy was saying that he took an overdose when he was young and woke up after three days in a coma and the first thing he thought was, "I even messed that up!" He also said in that message that he'd gone on over the years to have children, grandchildren and earned a PhD at age 45, and he's now retired somewhere like Costa Rica!💙
So the message from that is that life changes and evolves. Circumstances change, people change and as long as you're hanging in there trying to make gradual improvements step by step, you can find a way out of depression.💙
It won't always be as bad as perhaps today is. 💙
