Dr Frank's Testimony at Tina Peters' Sentencing

The former Mesa County Clerk was sentenced to nine years in prison. One of her attorneys told me that in all their years of practice they had never seen such a biased judge.

It is true that Clerk Peters was not allowed to defend herself with the evidence, as each time such evidence came up the prosecution would object and the judge would sustain the objection.
