Former US Senate Judiciary Committee Counsel Mike Davis, who now leads the Article 3 Project, blasts special counsel Jack Smith for the release of evidence alleged against the former president before the election.

Smith wants to crucify Trump in a DC courtroom before the election, but the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity has slowed his drive to try Trump on fabricated charges, no doubt before a partisan judge and a jury comprising 100% of Trump haters.

Davis noted that they have tried to bankrupt , imprison, and even kill President Trump, and that this latest filing is the most egregious election interference in US history.

Davis said that Judge Eileen Cannon's ruling in Florida that Jack Smith's appointment was unconstitutional is correct and will ultimately be upheld in the US Supreme Court and the Smith's actions are now illegal.
