FEMA IS EVIL

25 minutes of me pissed off at FEMA and this incompetent and criminal organization we call a government. I apologize in advance for the language, but I was reading so many stories coming out of Appalachia and I hit my breaking point. This government is evil and what they have done or haven't done for these victims is shameful. If you agree, use your voice and speak up to this negligence.
