New homeless option possible in Grand Traverse County.

The Community Cares Coalition in Grand Traverse County has proposed a new
emergency shelter to combat homelessness in the area. The groups’ goal is to
offer the homeless more resources. The other homeless shelter, Safe Harbor is
only open part of the year and nights only. The new shelter if opened in arfield
