We wonder how the 'turning Anzac Park into the Kuranda Botanical Gardens' idea is progressing...PFFFFTTT!
Keep pretending these issues don't exist and I'll keep recording the aftermath.
Most of you have no idea what the residents who live in the centre of Kuranda have to put up with...
After finding two separate bags in my gardens this past week - both of whom belonged to indigenous people who are NOT from Kuranda, it begs the question:
Why am I finding peoples bags of belongings in my front garden who AREN'T from Kuranda?
I know why.
Kuranda is being used as a party town by the drunks who blow into our village to bludge off their relatives and family members, drink themselves stupid and to create as much havoc as they can in our public parks and streets with our disenfranchised 'bunch' because, thanks to the alcohol restrictions in place in Yarrabah, Wujul Wujul and elsewhere on Cape York, they can't do it at home.
Here's a piece of advice: Do what nearly every other Australian does, gets drunk at home or at your relatives/friends houses and NOT in Kurandas public parks or on Kurandas streets - we don't want you here GO HOME!
