Hurricane Helene Appears Engineered!

I've known about weather technology for a long time. The track of Helene seems to have been artificially guided. Some science fiction is not fiction.

It looks like this new hurricane Milton also seems to be controlled. It is moving in the exact opposite direction of any hurricane I've ever seen. Explodes from a tropical storm to cat 5 overnight.
