Stanley Kubrick’s masterpiece, Barry Lyndon, was praised for its visual beauty, breathtaking lighting and detailed historical reconstruction. But it was also music by Purcell, Vivaldi and Handel that brought the film to life. The Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France takes us into the atmosphere of this much loved film.
