Change The Rules Of The Economic "Game"

Change the rules, and the behavior of the players will change too. There are two groups of people in the world today (2024); those who create currency, and those who do not. The first group is very very small. Most people in the second group think they are part of the first group because they don't realize there are two groups. The first group created the economic system and it's rules. It is time for the second group to create an economic system with a new set of rules.
