Ramp construction begins Monday for new roundabout interchange at 96th and Keystone in Carmel

If you drive through Carmel, get ready. Major traffic changes that are part of the city's 96th Street Corridor Improvement Project begin on Monday, June 4. Crews will begin building the ramps for a major new interchange that will elevate Keystone Parkway over 96th Street. There will only be two lanes of traffic in either direction, northbound and southbound. If you want to avoid the area, take U.S. 31 as your detour.
