Dead Space Episode 1: Fairy Mysterious has no idea what to expect

Since it's October, I am playing the remastered Steam version of Dead Space (2023). I have never played Dead Space, and know very little about it, other than it's scary, and you fight creepy alien demon things. I do not play horror games, so prepare to see me lose my shit.
