The first “A” in “NASA” stands for “Aeronautics.” NASA DNA is in every U.S. commercial aircraft and air traffic control tower — for decades improving the performance of aircraft and air traffic management tools to reduce fuel use,
emissions, noise, and delays – all while maintaining the safety of the safest air transportation system in the world.
