I have had a recent epiphany from Luke 2: 8-18. First one angel announced the birth of Christ. Second a host of angels announced "Peace on earth; goodwill to men". The first was Christ and the second was God's kingdom come down to earth. John the Baptist brought the kingdom come here notion to the masses. Jesus told them in His turn that the time had been fulfilled and the kingdom was come. He told his disciples the kingdom was now inside each of us who believe, repent and enter in.
I'm sure everyone else already knew this but to me it was a new revelation. So enter the gates of your Father's house with praise and thanksgiving. And He is never far from each of us.
