"WHY NO FLOOD INSURANCE? and more...

As I was out with the dogs just before daybreak this morning, I was again compelled to record a video. The tragedy in Appalachia has gripped my heart. So much suspicion. So many unanswered questions.
One of the questions that I see a lot online is the question why didn't the people whose homes, property, and/or businesses were damaged or destroyed by the flash flooding have any flood insurance. It is a valid question unless one realizes the geography of where those people live, where those towns are. Flood insurance would be the last thing they would consider spending their hard earned money on because it would make no sense to spend money on something that was clearly unnecessary.

I continued after talking about that topic, to discussing other things, and letting viewers know what I hope to be posting later today. Stay tuned.
