Interview Karen West of DREAM Streets Sparta. Notes:
Valerie Aranda, Art Professor at Georgia College laid out the wings along with her student David Babb. Karen did the wording layout and shadowing and the entire community painted the colors. Bubba Smith painted the center portion and named it "Reaching for the Stars".
