Rib Sandwich

🔥After a little more than 4 hours on the grill, purely wood, soft and constant fire at 20 cm high, about 10” that held my hand on the grill ... When I took it off the grill, I separated it from the bone and in a focaccia with chimichurri, I made a tremendous sandwich.
