Patriots of Eire Rally: Freedom March in Dublin – October 6th, 2024

On October 6th, 2024, at 2:00 PM in Dublin, at Customers Houses Quay, a patriotic rally took place. Although the weather in the morning was not favorable, with some light Irish drizzle, the rain stopped just before the event, and the sun even peeked through at times.

The event site was secured with double barriers, and each attendee was thoroughly checked. Irish patriots gathered for the rally, but a counter-demonstration, with participants standing behind barriers and a police line, successfully drowned out the speeches. The speeches could only be clearly heard from several meters away.

After the speeches, there was a freedom march to the city center, heading to the GPO. Unfortunately, the turnout was lower than expected, and the counter-demonstration, consisting of around 50 people, made the event less attractive with their noise. Nevertheless, patriotic speeches were met with applause and chants from the participants. A strong police presence ensured the event remained peaceful and free from any incidents.
