On August 12 2024 I had an almost 8 hour 5 bypass open heart surgery with septal myectomy and emergency redo sternotomy tamponade

I am now in the middle of the 3 month recovery program. I have learned that you can eat and live a healthy life but if you have hereditary factors it’s best to get checked.

I’m looking forward to returning to travel, making videos etc as soon as recovered
In the meantime I’m enjoying going back and sharing some short versions of some of the videos we’ve made during the past 4 years like this one.
