On Wednesday October 2nd the chairman of SCJC.TEXAS.GOV State Commission on Judicial Conduct appeared to break God-given unalienable and Texas state statute 1st Amendment Rights to Free Speech by claiming cameras cannot be used in Texas supreme Court of Criminal Appeals in violation of 551.023.
