Episode 2 Consciousness & the Three Arms of the Earth Government of Light

The Earth Government of Light will be an inclusive, universal form of government for the planet with the states, nations and local governments like an endless hierarchy of repeating patterns, adapted to the needs of the citizenship, culture and geography.
The EGL will have three arms or departments much like contemporary governments - the legislative body, the justice department and the economics department.
