Frances Floresca: Communities impacted by Hurricane Helene must rally together to get to the polls

Freelance reporter and Augusta, Georgia resident Frances Floresca says communities impacted by Hurricane Helene must help each other cast their ballots this November. “I hope, maybe, as long as we get more trees out of the way, we can help others get to the polls. I think it’s going to be a community effort at this point to get those people to the polls,” she says.
