Using Labradar Tracks to Develop a Precision Rifle Load (The Doppler Method)(ep. 10)

Can data gathered from Doppler radar, like the Labradar, be used to develop a precision rifle load? We analyze doppler radar track data to identify a well-behaved bullet and use then test the Doppler method by shooting groups from my Barrett MRAD rifle.
