Putin meets with Azerbaijani President Aliyev in Moscow

President Vladimir Putin is holding a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, in Moscow. Aliyev is in the Russian capital to take part in the Council of Heads of State of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) Summit.
