Sheriff Shawn Stines (Letcher County, KY) shot and killed District Judge Kevin Mullins

On September 19, 2024, an incident occurred at the Letcher County Courthouse in Whitesburg, Kentucky, when Sheriff Shawn Stines shot and killed District Judge Kevin Mullins.
