Halo 2 Anniversary: The Arbiter

Vel Vadame has been sent to the prophets and has been given a chance to redeem himself. The prophets give give him the order to silence the heretic leader and his followers. Afterwords, he is suited up as the arbiter, and joins a small group of covenant with a new elite commander.
