Who is in control?

Something interesting I noticed on Twitter was that ever since President Biden stepped down people have been asking the question "Who is in control" or a variation of it. It reminded me of a quote from the movie "Leave the World behind" that was on Netflix produced By President Obama and the Director said he was giving notes on the movie. And the quote is " No one is in control".
