Deadspin FAILS To Score A Touchdown In Court

A judge allows a defamation lawsuit against Deadspin to move forward. The case was brought by the family of a child fan of the Kansas City Chiefs after Deadspin allowed a reporter to accuse the kid of bigotry for wearing face-paint at a football game.
