It's OK to wait.....to buy a home?

In this video John talks about why it makes a lot of sense to wait to buy a home. Especially if you have been looking at homes and nothing seems to have the right combination of the things that you are looking for. It's probably related to price at that point. Don't ever feel forced to buy a home.
