Weather Warfare

Is there such a thing as weather warfare? There's hundreds of patents on the manipulation of weather. Trump has been saying that there will be a storm. Is the enemy fighting back with the weather? Has weather been used as a weapon against the people for longer than we can even comprehend ? If the media knows this and they are part of it and a play along with this to enslave the people to scare the people to torture the people. Why are there so many anomalies? A hurricane coming from the West towards Florida, which will be the second hurricane, and the third one is preparing to HIT Florida again. Why Florida? Isn't that a red state now? Is it North Carolina a red state? How many people died in North Carolina? And why is FEMA not helping the people.

And will they try to declare martial law and a world emergency Is declared by the United Nations Instructing FEMA which has become their foot soldiers , their army to enslave us and blame this all on climate change?
