Wellness Wednesday with Rian Smith - Could your supplements be doing you more harm than good?

Since completing her studies in Naturopathy, and a Bachelor of Health Science in 2003, Rian has undertaken further studies in Live Blood Microscopy, Functional Medicine Health Coaching, psychology, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Root Cause Protocol Practitioner Certification.

Whilst embracing Naturopathic philosophy - that the body heals itself - Rian also understands that there is no dis-ease as such. Signs and symptoms of dis-ease are the signposts of nutritional and metabolic dysregulation and imbalance that result from toxicity, deficiency and emotional stress states.

Fully aware that a new (but old) paradigm of healthcare is returning to the Light, Rian is especially passionate about sharing information and raising awareness around what really causes disease, as opposed to what we have been conditioned to think.

In this Wellness Wednesday session, Rian proposes that we've been conditioned to think in a certain way about health and what we need to heal, and the information she shares in this recording may help us, if we choose to question our beliefs, to begin the deprogramming and deconditioning process.
