World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day. In honor of that, and because I have suffered from Mental Illnesses most of my life, I would like to share this thought.

Having a mental illness does not make you evil or bad. It simply means you have an illness that needs to be treated. It is no different than having cancer or diabetes. And God loves you just the way you are.
