A lifelong interest in numbers has become an obsession, albeit temporary... maybe. Our first round of Fibonacci sequence exploration revealed so many patterns, (within patterns) that we realized that we MUST polish up our presentation and reboot the series to make it more concise and comprehensive. There are patterns in the ones column, which might be expected, but there are also patterns in base numbers. It's crazy number magic!

We start out with a walk around the hood on his drizzly Saturday. Anything can happen when we're aimlessly wandering, thinking and talking.

Just a note; I don't enthusiastically promote my Twit-X presence. I'm not a super user, maybe just over 100 followers. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
