Fires, Pranksters, Or Vagrants? More Problems At Concord's Steeplegate Mall

Concord fire and rescue teams as well as police were sent to an abandoned section of the Steeplegate Mall on Oct. 9, 2024, for a report of a smoke condition in the building. It's just one of many calls for service to the mall in recent months.
