Kotaku's Alyssa Mercante Has Her Career ENDED By BASED Game Developer!

Kotaku Senior Editor Alyssa Mercante has been a blight on the gaming industry for most of 2024. Running cover for Sweet Baby Inc and attacking their detractors, passing off diary entries as game reviews amidst the endless social media meltdowns have been persistent throughout the year. But this time around, she kicked the hornet's nest of bad ideas and out popped CEO of Moon Studios, Thomas Mahler.

The Ori and the Will of the Wisp developer decided to take Mercante to school and destroy her in a lengthy post after she tried to smear him further with a Kotaku hit piece they did on him in 2022. It was glorious and managed to shut her up like nothing else.

Her 15 minutes are finally up and so to is Kotaku's last vestige of relevance.
