Ill say it yet again - Liz nails the truth of the situation once again!

We go through the fully propagandised document. The degree to which it is so full of blatant propaganda, with no lawful backing in statue, is staggering!

It is chocka with phrases such as - "Vaccination is already mandatory for high-risk roles" (where is that in the legislation?)
"PCBU must determine Affected Persons" and then these "Affected Persons must get vaccinated by such and such a date"

Then there were threats for PCBU who did not meet their responsibilities under the order.
The reality is that any fines dished out were illegal and every PCBU had the legal ability to grant any and every one of their staff a "Serious Service Disruption" exemption!

I found one reference relating to a refugee entering NZ and therefore not a "worker"

No PCBU had to make their staff get the jab!
