Alex Jones of Info Wars interviews Dane Wigington about the possibility that the recent hurricanes of Helene and Milton were actually the result of weather manipulation.

Patents for weather control and manipulation do exist and the National Science Foundation announced the appointment of the Special Commission on Weather Modification, as previously authorized by the National Science Board at its 89th Meeting on October 17-18, 1963.
