The Penguin Ep 2 & 3 – OVERRATED – TV Review

Is The Penguin a good show? Yes, sure. Is it a great show? No! A rating of 8.8 on IMDB should mean the creative team have had a stroke of genius, but that's not the case with The Penguin. The writing is very predictable, even generic, though competent. Where it shines is with the actors who are delivering good work. It's an entertaining series and you could do a lot worse, but it has been overrated and I just can't abide by that.
