Profiles of Heroism: Batman

Batman was a character that Bob Kane and Bill Finger created, inspired by the success of Superman. He would go from a dark vigilante who killed to the stalwart hero of order and justice we have today.

He was definitely an inspiration for many people, as he would face some of the most evil threats in the DC universe to protect Gotham. His fighting prowess, ingenuity and detective prowess helps him overcome almost any challenge.

He has many iterations over time, but each one still inspires us - there is no greater fictional hero ever created.

So, here’s to Batman!
