DOJ Sues Virginia Over Alleged Purging Of Illegals From Voting Rolls

The U S Department of Justice is suing Virginia for allegedly removing illegals from their voting rolls
citing that it’s too close to Election Day.

The complaint from the D O J alleges that the state Board of Elections and Virginia Commissioner of Elections Susan Beals
violated the federal National Voter Registration Act, more specially,
the Quiet Period Provision clause which prevents states from removing voters within 90 days of federal elections,
reported Fox News.
