4:35pm I turned airplane mode on and have only wifi now and it's downloading a bit faster , 400kbps opposed to the clear jamming of mobile at less than 10kbps

4:48pm 18% downloaded now at 200 kbps showing signs of jamming again
4:49pm 20% uploaded/downloaded to rumble and the signal is getting a bit better it's at 400kbps
4:53pm 25% uploaded /downloaded to rumble
4:56pm 27% uploaded to rumble (says 25 minutes remaining and 250 kbps upload/download speed)
4:58pm 29% uploaded & now says 30 minutes remaining .... 225 kbps upload/download speed
5pm 30% and it now says 32minutes expected

It keeps showing a longer time till finish and upload speed has dropped by 50% from the beginning of my upload time on my second time uploading
Now reading 170kbps clear .gov level echelon jamming
Now 5:03pm expected 35 minutes till finish , speed jammed to 170kbps and we are at 32% uploaded (only a 10 minute video less than 1.5 GB)
5:05 32%uploaded & 37 minutes expected till the upload is finished wifi speed at 200kbps
5:07pm - 36% done, 39 minutes till upload finishes estimated time till finish

5:12pm speed just jumped about 4x to 700kbps and download is in high 40's (45%)

I went outside and brought my phone , the signal strength is at 600kpbs indicating I'm not connected to my wifi unit rather a echelon like man in the middle 55% finished time is 5:17pm
5:18pm 600+ kbps while outside and the upload is happening faster it's at 59%
(Still estimated time of upload shows 55 minutes)
5:20 pm 61% 600+ kbps while outside (odd due to my connection being Wi-Fi signal airplane mode is on , no mobile network allowed)
5:23pm 69% still outside and connection steady at 600+ kbps (time estimated to finish upload steady at 55 minutes)
5:24pm 73% while sitting outside connection steady at 600+ kbps
5:26 77% (still sitting outside still seeing the same strong connection ) 600+kbps
5:28 81% finished uploading still outside and connection is remaking at 600+kbps
