Taxpayer money China vs US

In China money is returned to the people of China and it is reflected in the infrastructure.

In America, taxpayer money is taken and used on war.

Imagine leaders that take money from it's people and give it back to the people in ways that better their lives. That's all Americans can do is imagine such a scenario because it will never happen for us.
