BEING CLOTHED IN KINDNESS

2 Peter 1:6-8 New King James Version
6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control [a]perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither [b]barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR ONES!!!

I have a really interesting couple of questions to ask you guys from this morning’s devotional, and I pray that these questions not only get you to thinking, but that they encourage you as well. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God speaks to your heart through them to show you what it means to show kindness to others.

When has someone shown you a simple act of kindness?

How did it inspire or encourage you?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from his word this morning, not just from the book of ruth, but through other passages of scripture as well, through this vlog I’d like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what i share with you helps you to see what it means to not only be clothed in kindness, but to find ways to show that kindness to others. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to challenge you to think of these questions from this morning's devotional, and not only recall when someone has shown you a simple act of kindness, but to want to show and to actually show genuine kindness to others. I pray that you think about what Colossians 3:12, as well as this verse above states about putting on, clothing yourself in kindness, as well as godliness, and that you start showing and living the faith that you say you have, by showing kindness to others. It's only through allowing God to help you show kindness to others, that your simple acts of kindness can not only bring joy and cheer to others hearts, but also bring hope, and inspire others to show kindness too. Don't be afraid to clothe yourself in and live out the kindness of Jesus Christ!
