Desperation in PA to convince that there is no voter fraud

A top election official in Pennsylvania went on 60 Minutes to try and convince voters that there is absolutely no voter fraud in elections and it didn't go as planned. His body language speaks volumes.
It is clear that this man is nervous.
Look at all the blinking. He is lying.
Nobody believes the mainstream media anymore.
Trust in the government is at an all-time low.

He says the only case he has encountered is when a person votes and then dies in the middle of the vote being cast. Does he actually think we are this stupid?
