Can a complete NOOB or blindfolded PRO build a PC with the Corsair Build Kit?

I found out after I started on this video that Corsair was just going to let me keep this PC, but this video was not sponsored and they have no control over anything I say.
The one we got is maxed out with a 14th Gen Intel i9-14900K CPU, the super powerful NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, and 64GB of 6000mhz DDR6 RAM . Is this monster of a PC worth the price?
